A brother and sister who had eyes only for each other

An overweight pen-hen who couldn’t keep her chubby fingers off the men

A hostess with an alcoholic problem

And our boy, press agent Peter Sargeant, who found it all vastly entertaining and much too deadly.

Because they were anything but a congenial group. A drowning, a throat-cutting, and a determined killer certainly weren’t helping to put the somewhat suspicious guests at their ease...
